BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBCTN) has issued a news release regarding the Oct. 5 computer theft reported by NewsChannel9.com. According to the release, BCBSTN is required to release the information by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITECH Act”).
